This was a customer funnel infographic. The idea was that the customers are the 'roots' of our business, from which we grow. As customers build loyalty and familiarity with the company, keep returning, and begin recommending us, the company grows and thrives and grows.

This was a simpler version of the customer funnel, created for easy visualization during board meetings.
